| 45. Wherever, in any provision of any written law (other than the principal enactment) or of any notice, certificate, communication from or other document issued, made, required or otherwise, by or under such written law, the words "Director of Health Services" is to denote the Director of Health Services appointed under the principal enactment prior to the commencement of this Act, there shall be substituted therefore the words" Director-General of Health Services". |
