Section 68 of the principal enactment is hereby amended by the substitution for the words "not exceeding five thousand rupees", of the words "not less than five thousand rupees and not exceeding fifty thousand rupees and to imprisonment of either description for a term not exceeding six months and in the case of a second or subsequent offence to a fine not less than ten thousand rupees and not exceeding one hundred thousand rupees and to imprisonment of either description for a term not exceeding twelve months.". |
