interpretation

16. In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires" 'Country" shall be deemed to include the Hong Kong Administrative region of the People's Republic of China; "Judicial act" does not include the issue of a writ or other process for the enforcement or execution of an order or judgment or an order for provisional or protective measures.
