(1) No licence to explore for or mine, transport pro cess, trade in or export uranium, thorium, beryllium, lithium, coral and any other prescribed mineral shall be issued under this Act except with approval of the Minister and any other relevant Minister. |

(2) The Minister may, by Order published in the Gazette declare such other category of minerals as may be specified in such Order to be a reserved mineral and prescribe the conditions subject to which a licence to explore for or mine, collect, remove, transport, process, trade in or export such minerals shall be issued : |
