Mines And Minerals Act (No. 33 of 1992) - Sect 49

Right of licensee under mining licence to mine for all minerals in the area specified in the licence

49. A licence to mine for any mineral issued under this Act, shall entitle the licensee to the exclusive right to mine for all minerals in the area specified in such licence and to trade in and export such minerals.
