| 20. The Director may require the holder of a licence to produce for his perusal and examination such records, books and other documents, including production and sales records, as he deems necessary:Provided, however, that the holder of a licence shall not be compelled to produce records relating to unpatented processes or processes upon which research work is being carried out. |
