Mines and Minerals Law (No. 4 of 1973) - Sect 3

This Law not to affect certain Acts

3. The provisions of this Law shall not apply to any mineral to which the provisions of the State Gem Corporation Act, No. 18 of 1971, or the Ceylon Petroleum Corporation Act, No. 28 of 1961, or the Radioactive Minerals Act, No. 46 of 1968, apply.
