Provisions of this Law to apply to Corporations established to develop mining industry
49. Where the Minister establishes a Corporation by Order made under section 2 of the State Industrial Corporations Act. No. 49 of 1957, for setting up and carrying on an industrial undertaking for the purpose of mining or prospecting for, processing, sale and. export of any mineral specified in the Order. the provisions of this Law shall, in addition to the provisions of that Act, apply to such Corporation. An industrial undertaking for any such purpose is hereinafter referred to as a " specified undertaking". |
