Mahaweli Authority Of Sri Lanka Act (No. 23 of 1979) - Sect 38

Powers of Corporation

38.
(1) The Corporation shall have the power to do all such acts and take all such steps as may be necessary for or conducive or incidental to the performance of its functions.
(2) Without prejudice to the generality of the powers conferred on the Corporation, the Corporation shall have the special powers specified in the Incorporation Order.
