42.
| (1) The capital of the Corporation shall be that specified in the incorporation Order and shall be divided into ordinary shares of one hundred rupees each : |

| (2) The Authority shall make such contribution to such capital as may be specified by the Minister in the incorporation Order. |

| (3) Subject to the provisions of subsection (2), the Board may allot, grant option over or otherwise dispose of the shares referred to in subsection (1), to such persons, on such terms and conditions and at such times as they think fit, but no share shall be issued at a discount. |
