Application of certain enactments to Corporation

48.
(1) A Corporation shall not be required to be registered under the Companies Ordinance nor shall the Registrar of Companies have power in respect of the Corporation.
(2) The Business Undertakings (Acquisition) Act, No, 35 of 1971, shall not apply in relation to a Corporation or to any approved subsidiary.
