Power of Corporation to make by-laws

50.
(1) The Board of Directors of a Corporation may make by-laws in respect of all matters for which by-laws are required or authorized by this Act to be made.
(2) Every by-law made under this section shall be published in the Gazette and shall come into operation on the date of such publication or on such later date as may be specified thereon.
