Mobilization And Supplementary Forces Act (No. 40 of 1985) - Sect 35

Issue of arms & c

35. The Secretary to the Ministry of the Minister in charge of the subject of Defence shall control the issue of arms and ammunition to members of the Reserve as prescribed. For the purposes of this Part of this Act, " Minister means the Minister in charge of the subject and function of manpower mobilization and training.
