Mobilization And Supplementary Forces Act (No. 40 of 1985) - Sect 56

Council to specify conditions of efficiency & c. for Supplementary Forces

56. The Council shall, after consultation with the Commandant of a Supplementary Force specify the conditions of efficiency and the degree of proficiency to be attained by a member of a Supplementary Force before such member can he passed as efficient.
