Mobilization And Supplementary Forces Act (No. 40 of 1985) - Sect 9

Establishment of Reserve Affairs Council

9. There shall be established a Reserve Affairs Council (hereinafter referred to as 'I the Council ")' which shall consist of such number of members as may be specified by the President by notification published in the Gazette. 'The President shall appoint the members of the Council, one of whom shall be nominated as Chairman of the Council.
