Amendment of the Second Schedule to the principal enactment

12. The Second Schedule to the principal enactment is hereby amended by the substitution, for the item "Causing hurt by an act which endangers life" appearing in Column I of that Schedule and the responding entry in Column II thereof of the following :- " Causing hurt by an act which endangers life... 328".
