Section 14 of the principal enactment is hereby amended in subsection (2) of that section, by the substitution, for alt the words from " Where, the resolution of such differences is not possible, the Board " to the end of that subsection, of the words "Where, the resolution of such differences is not possible, the Board shall proceed under section 14A.". |
