Milk Board (Amendment) Act (No. 18 of 1964) - Sect 4

Amendment of section 14 of the principal Act.[ 3, 18 of 1964.]

4. Section 14 of the principal Act is hereby amended, in subsection (1) of that section, by the substitution, in paragraph (b) of that subsection, for the expression " section 5 or subsection (2) of section 6 ; ", of the expression " section 5 ; ".
