Meegamuwa Bauddha Sadachara Wardhana Samithiya (Incorporation) Act (No. 39 of 1985) - Sect 7

Debts due by and payable to the Society

7. All debts and liabilities of the Society existing at the time of the commencement of this Act shall be paid and discharged by the Corporation, and all debts due to and subscriptions and contributions payable to the Society shall be paid to the Corporation for the purposes of this Act.
