Section 10 of the Municipal Councils Ordinance, hereinafter referred to as the " principal enactment", is hereby amended in subsection (1) of that section by the substitution, for the words "third year thereafter ", of the words " third year thereafter (inclusive of the year in which such term of office commenced) ". |
