Amendment of section 137 of the principal enactment

40. Section 137 of the principal enactment is hereby amended in subsection (3) of that section, by the substitution, for the words ., on conviction to a fine not exceeding five hundred rupees,", of the words" OD conviction to a fine not exceeding five thousand rupees: ".
