Municipal Councils And Urban Councils (Amendment) Act (No. 42 of 1979) - Sect 4

Amendment of section 245 of the principal enactment

4. Section 245 of the principal enactment is hereby amended, by the substitution for subsection (1) thereof, of the following subsection :- " (1) Every Municipal Council may levy an annual tax on vehicles and animals specified in the Fourth Schedule, and kept or used within the Municipality, at the rates specified in that Schedule.".
