Municipal Councils And Urban Councils (Amendment) Act (No. 5 of 1983) - Sect 2

Amendment of section 272 of Chapter 252

2. Section 272 of the Municipal Councils Ordinance is hereby amended, by the substitution for sub-paragraph (d) of paragraph (8) thereof, of the following subparagraph :
" (d) the erection of hoardings and other temporary structures, or any decoration of any type, on or abutting any street, and the charging of fees for any permits issued in that connection ; ",
