Municipal Councils And Urban Councils (Amendment) Law (No. 18 of 1977) - Sect 2

Amendment of section 272 of the Municipal Councils Ordinance (Chapter 252)

2. The Municipal Councils Ordinance is hereby amended in section 272 thereof, by the insertion, immediately after paragraph (31), of the following new paragraph:-
"(32) The control of parking of motor vehicles within the Municipality by providing parking places and collecting the prescribed fee for parking such motor vehicles in such places:
