Maintenance Claims (Reciprocal Enforcement) Act (No. 54 of 1998) - Sect 15

Savings in respect of applications relating to Muslims

15. Every reference in this Act to a "Magistrate's Court" in the case of an application for maintenance relating to a Muslim who is governed by the provisions of the Muslim Marriage arid Divorce Act (Chapter 115), shall be read and construed as a reference to the relevant Quazi appointed under that Act.
