Mediation (Special Categories Of Disputes) Act (No. 21 of 2003) - Sect 5

Term of office and remuneration payable to members of a Panel

5.
(1) A member of a Panel shall hold office for a period of three years from the date of appointment and shall thereafter be eligible for are-appointment.
(2) A member of a Panel shall be paid such remuneration as shall be determined by the Minister in consultation with the Minister in charge of the subject of Finance.
