20.
| (1) The Board shall have its own fund. All moneys received by the Board, including such sums as may be voted by Parliament for the use of the Board, shall be credited to the fund, and all payments made by the Board shall be made therefrom. |

| (2) All moneys voted for the development of the Mahaweli Ganga out of the Consolidated Fund of Ceylon may with the approval of the Government be credited to the fund established under sub-section (1). |
