The Auditor-General and any person authorized by him shall have access to all such, books, deeds, contracts, vouchers and other documents of the Board as the Auditor-General considers necessary for the purposes of the audit, and shall be furnished by the Board and the officers of the Board with such information within, their knowledge as may be required for such purposes. |
