| 4. In this Act" "Mahaweli Authority of Sri Lanka" means the Mahaweli Authority of Sri Lanka established under the Mahaweli Authority of Sri Lanka Act; No. 23 of 1979 ;and " Mahaweli Development Board" means the Mahaweli Development Board established under the Mahaweli Development Board Act, No. 14 of 1970, as amended by Act No. 3 of 1976. |
