Mahaweli Development Board (Amendment) Law (No. 3 of 1976) - Sect 3

Amendment of section 5 of the principal enactment

3. Section 5 of the principal enactment is hereby amended in subsection (5) of that section, by the insertion, at the end of that subsection, of the following proviso: - " Provided, however, that his term of office may be extended thereafter by the Board with the prior approval of the Minister.".
