Mawanella Eksath Bauddha Samitiya (Incorporation) Act (No. 13 of 1985) - Sect 8

Debts due by and payable to the Samitiya

8. All debts and liabilities of the Samitiya existing at the time of the coming into operation' of this Act shall be paid by the Corporation hereby constituted and all debts due to and subscriptions and contributions payable to the Samitiya shall be paid to the Corporation for the purposes of this Act.
