Exemption of Trust from certain duties and fees

15.
(1) The Minister in charge of the subject of Finance may exempt the Trust from the payment of any customs duties on any goods imported by the Trust if the import of such goods is considered to be conducive for the advancement of the aims and objects of the Trust,
(2)the Trust shall not be liable to pay any fee payable to the Public Trust under the public Trustee Rules made under section 52(1)of the Public Trustee ordinance.
