Establishment of the Mahanuwara Esala Perahera Trust

2.
(1) There shall be established a Trust which shall be called " the Mahanuwara Esala Perahera Trust" (herein- after referred to as the Trust") for the purposes of achieving the objects specified in section 6.
(2) The Trust shall by the name assigned to it by sub- section (1) be a body corporate and have perpetual succession and a common seal and may sue and be sued in such name.
