Board to consult Advisory Committee on certain matters

9.
(1) The Board may, in the administration of the Trust, seek the assistance of the Advisory Committee referred to in section 8, and shall, in the exercise of its powers and the discharge of its functions under this Act consult such Advisory Committee on such matters as the President may in writing direct.
(2) Where the Board is required to consult such Advisory Committee on any matter such matter shall be decided at a meeting of such Advisory Committee by a majority of those present and voting:
