Monetary Law (Amendment) (No. 32 of 2002) - Sect 7

Amendment of section 15 of the principal enactment

7. Section 15 of the principal enactment is hereby amended as follows :-
(a) in subsection (1) of that section by the substitution for the words "where the appointed member", of the words "where as appointed member".
(b) in subsection (3) of that section by the substitution for the words "where the appointed member" of the words "where an appointed member,".
