Money Lending (Amendment) Act (No. 11 of 1963) - Sect 2

Amendment of long title of Chapter 80.[ 48 (1) (a) 11 of 1963.]

2. The long title of the Money Lending Ordinance, hereinafter referred to as the " principal enactment", is hereby amended by the substitution, for the expression " Money-Lending Transactions. ", of the expression " Money-Lending Transactions, and the Prohibition of the carrying on of the Business of Money Lending by Certain Persons.".
