Muslim Mosques And Charitable Trusts Or Waffs (Amendment) Act (No. 33 of 1982) - Sect 13

Amendment ,of section 15A 01 the principal enactment

13. Section 15A of the principal enactment is hereby amended in subsection (5) of that section, by the addition, at the end of that subsection, of the following new paragraph :
" (c) Notwithstanding the provisions of any other law, the execution of an order made by a Magistrate's Court under subsection (3) shall not be stayed in any manner by means of any appeal or other step taken or proposed to be taken in any court with a view to varying of setting aside such order.".
