Commissioner, Deputy Commissioner’s amp;c. to be Director, Deputy Directors

4. The principal enactment is hereby amended by the substitution for the words " Commissioner ", " Deputy Commissioner ", " Deputy Commissioners", and " Commissioners ", wherever those words appear in that enactment, of the words " Director ", " Deputy Director ", " Deputy Directors ", and " Director's ", respectively.
