Board's power to call for information and documents as to mosques

11.
(1) Upon receipt of an application under section 10, the board may, by notice served in the prescribed manner, require the applicant to furnish to the board, within such time as may be specified in the notice, all such information and documents regarding the mosque to which that application relates as the board may consider necessary.
(2) Every applicant required by notice under subsection (1) to furnish any information and documents to the board shall furnish such information and documents to the board within the time specified in that notice.
