Makola Muslim Orphanage (Incorporation) Act (No. 19 of 1983) - Sect 7

Debts due by and payable to the Orphanage

7. All debts and liabilities of the Orphanage existing at the time of the coming into operation of this Act shall be paid by the Corporation hereby constituted, and all debts due, and moneys and contributions payable, to the Orphanage shall be paid to the Corporation for the purposes of this Act.
