Marine Pollution Prevention Act (No. 59 of 1981) - Sect 35

suits or legal proceeding not to lie against authority or employees in certain circumstances

35.
(1) No suit or prosecution shall lie against the Authority for any damage caused, or likely to be caused, by any act which in good faith is done, or purported to be done, under this Act.
(2) No suit or prosecution shall lie against any person in the employment of the Authority for any act which in good faith is done, or purported to be done, under this Act.
