Medical Practitioners, Pharmacists, Midwives, And Nurses (Amendment) (No. 16 of 1965) - Sect 2

Amendment of section 7 of Chapter 105. [ 2, 16 of 1965.]

2. Section 7 of the Medical Ordinance, hereinafter referred to as the " principal enactment", is hereby amended in subsection (1) by the insertion, immediately after paragraph (b), of the following new paragraph: -
" (bb) certificates of efficiency as estate apothecaries ;; ".
