Medical Practitioners, Pharmacists, Midwives, And Nurses (Amendment) (No. 16 of 1965) - Sect 9

Amendment of section 56 of the principal enactment. [ 7. 16 of 1965.]

9. Section 56 of the principal enactment is hereby amended as follows : -
(1) in subsection (1) thereof-
(a) by the substitution, for paragraph (c), of the following paragraph : -
" (c) is an apothecary ; or " ; and
(b) by the insertion, immediately after paragraph (c), of the following new paragraph : -
" (d) is an estate apothecary. " ; and
(2) in subsection (2) thereof, by the substitution, for the words and figures "under subsection (1) (c). But no fee shall be payable by a qualified apothecary", of the words and figures " under subsection (1) (c) or (d). But no fee shall be payable by an apothecary ".
