The Management of affairs of the Corporation

5.
(1) The administration, management and control of the affairs of the Corporation shall, subject to the provisions of this Act and the rules in force for the time being of the Corporation, be vested in a Committee of Management.
(2) The first Committee of Management of Corporation shall consist of the members of the Committee of the Management of the Society holding office of the day immediately preceding the date of commencement of this Act and whose names are set out in the Schedule to this Act.
