220. Rules may be made in the manner provided by section 49 of the Courts Ordinance to carry into effect the provisions of this Act relating to Courts of Survey and, without prejudice to the generality of such powers, such rules may be made with respect to the summoning of and procedure before the Court, the form and sending of reports to the Minister, the requiring on an appeal of security for costs and damages, and the amount of fees. |
