In this Part, unless the context otherwise requires-" receiver " means a receiver of wreck, and includes a deputy receiver;" salvage " includes all expenses properly incurred by a salvor in the performance of salvage services;" shipwrecked persons " means persons belonging to any ship referred to in section 227;" vehicle " includes any vehicle of any description, whether propelled by mechanical power or otherwise, and whether used for drawing other vehicles or otherwise;" wreck " includes jetsam, flotsam, lagan and derelict found in or on the shores of the sea or any tidal water. |
