240. Where no owner establishes a claim to any wreck which-
the receiver shall sell such wreck and shall pay to the Government the proceeds of the sale, after deducting therefrom the expense of sale and any other expenses incurred by, and the fees payable to him, in respect thereof and paying thereout to the salvers such amount of salvage as the Minister in each case or by any general rule may determine. | (a) has been found in Ceylon or found or taken possession of outside Ceylon and brought into Ceylon; and |

| (b) has been in the possession of a receiver of wrecks for one year, |
