2. The Motor Traffic Act is hereby amended by the insertion, immediately after section 156, of the following new section which shall have effect as section 156A of that Act: -
| 156A. No conductor of an omnibus on a highway shall permit any passenger to ride, and no passenger shall ride, in any omnibus except in a seat provided for the use of passengers or in the gangway provided between two rows of seats in a single-decked omnibus, or in the gangway provided between two rows of seats in the lower deck of a double-decked omnibus. ". |
