Motor Traffic (Amendment) Act (No. 21 of 1981) - Sect 104

Amendment of section 207 of the principal enactment

104. Section 217 of the principal enactment is hereby amendment as follows:-
"(i) in subsection (1) of that section, by the substitution for the expression "five hundred rupees,", of tin-expression "''me thousand rupees,"; and
(ii) in subsection (2) of that section, by the substitution 'for she expression " two hundred rupees.", of the expression five hundred rupees"
