59. Section 139 of the principal enactment is hereby repealed and the following section substituted therefor : "
139. Any person who is dissatisfied with any order, made under this Part by any court other than the Court of Appeal, suspending or canceling a driving licence held by him or declaring him to be disqualified for obtaining a driving licence may, whether or not any other punishment is imposed by the court, appeal against the order to the Court of Appeal; and the provisions of Chapter XXVIII of the Code of Criminal Procedure Act, No. 15 of 1979, shall, where not inapplicable. apply to every appeal under this section.". |
